Top 3 Children’s Cartoons

Winnie The Pooh toy

Here are my top cartoons to watch with my baby, all available on Disney+. We tend to put something on to entertain him when we want to eat meals and only for a short period of time each day.

Bluey – At this point I’ll be surprised if my son doesn’t end up with an Australian accent. We pretty much binged this cartoon when we first came across it. He loves it so much if we sing the theme tune he starts laughing and smiling. It may be a children’s cartoon but actually it teaches a lot of life lessons and has a lot of messages for parents.

The heelers have swiftly become a firm favourite in this household with Chilli being the most relatable mother you could come across from struggling with being overwhelmed and needing a break to her robot dancing.

The cartoon has us inspired with ways to be better parents and has given my family lots of ideas of games to play and ways to engage. We actually enjoyed the show so much we are going to see them in our local theatre as they perform a live how in 2024.

The New Adventures of Winnie The Pooh-I have adored Winnie The Pooh since I was little and I read the book my mother used to read to me to my son. From characters you love and adore already to Gopher who you may have forgotten, watching this cartoon is sure to bring back childhood memories and create fond bonding time with your little one. I love singing along to the songs from the book to my son or bouncing him in time with Tigger.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse– We’ve just started watching this cartoon with our little one and it’s really easy viewing with an interactive experience and pauses for your child to interact with the characters. A problem solving based programme for children, even if they aren’t talking yet they’ll enjoy seeing Mickey mouse and his friends saving the day and having a fun time.
